Changs Dark Soy Sauce 150m

Classic soy sauce naturally brewed to have authentic aroma and taste. It can be used in cooking and as a table sauce.

 

Ingredients: Water, soya bean extract, wheat flour*, salt, caramel colour (150)

*This product is gluten free, but contains wheat. In the manufacture of Chang’s Soy based sauces, gluten is first completely removed from the wheat flour by fermentation. This leaves starch, (which is the extract of wheat left). All Chang’s sauces have been tested and found to contain NO detectable gluten.
