We partner exclusively with certified manufacturers who operate in dedicated gluten-free facilities. Every batch is tested to ensure it meets the FDA standard of less than 20 ppm of gluten, and most of our products test at zero detectable levels.

What is your shipping policy for perishable items?

Perishable goods are shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs via expedited shipping (1-2 days). To maintain freshness, we only ship perishable orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays.

Can I return food items if I change my mind?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Do you offer products for other dietary restrictions?
