Light, fluffy and delicious. Just top with your favourite such as Jam & Cream, Butter or Butter & Jam.

For a fruit scone, add mixed fruits of your choice OR for a savoury taste, add grated cheese and mixed herbs.

Mix makes approx. 10 medium Scones.
