Ā DIRECTIONS - Makes 300g mash (3 serves)
- Place 1 cup of Plantasy Potato Mash into a medium sized bowl.
- Add 1 cup + 1 tbls of boiling water, or half boiling water and half hot milk of choice
- Whisk with a fork until thick and smooth
- Add salt to taste. We recommend 1/2 teaspoon salt for this serving.
TIP! For extra richness add a tablespoon of butter or olive oil. Add more liquid if you prefer a lighter, fluffier mash
