Monster Muesli Free and Lo (Carton 6 x 500g)

Free & Lo was developed in consultation with allergy dietitians and includes preservative free pear, considered to be a low allergy dried fruit.

The golden syrup we dry our muesli in to make it naturally tasty is also a low allergy sweetener, so it's a perfect way to start your day, and maintain a healthy and balanced diet.

To serve cold; just add milk. Some people like to add milk, microwave to soften, then add more cold milk.

To serve hot; just add water and microwave for 1 minute, then let stand for 1 minute.
